Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mr Module. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Process

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

A non-refundable re-stocking fee of $20 applies to all orders.
For orders that did not include free postage (such as those sent outside of Australia), postage cost is not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must have your order number / proof of purchase.

Please contact sales@mrmodule.com.au, and we will provide a postage address to return your item to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, assuming the return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit may take some days to come through, depending on your card issuer.

If the return is not approved, you will be contacted via the email address you used to place the order.
