Description
Programming service for VT VX VY and VZ Holden Commodore instrument clusters. You send me your cluster – I program it to your requirements, and then send it back.
Common programing changes that can be made include:
- Odometer programming to any value
- Activate Digital Speedo (Police Mode)
- SRS airbag configuration (None, 2, 3, 4 or 6 Loop)
- Engine / Transmission type
- Fuel Gauge Calibration
- Startup screen logo (VY/VZ only) – Holden / HSV / Chev / Pontiac etc.
- Traction control lamp

After purchase you will receive an automatic email with information on where to send your cluster. Please check your junk email folder if you can’t find it.
You must send the cluster to me at your own cost – please include your order number / return postage address with the cluster when you send it.
Turn-around time is 1 business day. Return postage is via express post and is included in the purchase price.
Please email me with your programming requirements, or print and fill out a cluster programming checklist and include it with the cluster.
All programming is done via OBD. The cluster will not be physically dismantled.
If you require the odometer reading be reprogrammed to a value less than it already is – please include information on why this is being done (eg. a photo of original odometer reading displayed on old cluster).
VY vehicles used different in-tank fuel level senders between series 1 and 2. If you are sending a replacement cluster that hasn’t been used in the vehicle before, be sure to note if you are using a series 1 or series 2 fuel sender. If programmed incorrectly, your fuel gauge will operate backwards.
I can also do custom fuel level / ohms relationship calibrations, suitable for use with different fuel senders when the cluster is used in a different vehicle. Please email me for further information.
